Vendor Partnership Information
Local businesses, artisans, nonprofit organizations, community groups, food and beverage vendors and public agencies are invited to apply for space at the 2026 Friendship Firehouse Festival.

Vendor application deadline: Friday, July 17, 2026
Space is limited, and vendor space assignments are made as completed applications are received. Applications received after the deadline may be considered only if space remains available.
Setup and Event Hours
- Vendor setup begins at 7:00 a.m.
- All vendor spaces must be fully set up before the festival opens at 9:00 a.m.
- Vendors are expected to remain in place throughout the event.
- All equipment and materials must be removed from the festival area by 4:00 p.m.
Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance. Vendors requesting power should describe the equipment they plan to use and provide the approximate electrical requirements.
